Executive Summary
HHSC is seeking Applications to establish contracts for the provision of all Comprehensive Waiver Provider (CWP) services covered under the Medicaid 1915(c) waiver called the Youth Empowerment Services (YES). The YES Waiver provides short-term, comprehensive home and community-based mental health services to youth at risk of institutionalization or out-of-home placement due to their severe emotional disturbance (SED). Services are designed for youth, ages 3 through 18, who meet YES Waiver eligibility requirements. To be considered for award, Applicants must submit a comprehensive Application which meets all the requirements of this Open Enrollment and includes all requested documentation.
