Executive Summary
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting applications on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), the System Agency, for a single Administrative Agency (AA) to administer designated federal and state Ryan White Service Delivery (RWSD), DSHS State Services (SS), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). The purpose of this program is to administer the designated federal and state RWSD, DSHS SS, and HOPWA funds. The aforementioned programs provide medical, support, and housing services to low-income Texas residents who are living with HIV.
