The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting applications on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), the System Agency, for the Children/Youth with Special Health Care Needs Systems Development Group Family Support and Community Resources grant program. This funding opportunity invites grant Applications requesting funding for the Children with Special Health Care Needs Systems Development Group. The purpose of this program is to provide leadership in assessing, prioritizing, and addressing the health needs of children/youth with special health care needs in Texas, to promote the health of families through advocacy and education and to ensure access to high-quality, community-based, preventive, primary and specialty health care within the specifications contained in this Request for Applications (RFA).
