Executive Summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)is accepting applications on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) the System Agency, for the Tuberculosis and Hansen's Disease Section.
The purpose of this program is to provide services to ensure tuberculosis (TB) services are performed by Mexico Binational Tuberculosis (BNTB) programs located outside the United States territory in accordance with standards set forth by DSHS.
