Executive Summary

The purpose of this program is to increase statewide access to comprehensive, effective, evidence-based early developmental health promotion, prevention, and intervention. DSHS Maternal and Child Health Section (MCH) seeks five (5) Grantees to build and enhance local Early Childhood Systems using the HMG System Model to link families to local resources that support the optimal health and development of their young children.
