Executive Summary
The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), Texas Nurse-Family Partnership (TNFP) program seeks Applications from qualified entities within the State of Texas to develop and implement local Nurse-Family Partnership programs that provide education, information, and support services for low-income, first-time pregnant women during pregnancy, continuing through the child's second birthday in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. This is a targeted RFA to identify a qualified Eligible Applicant to provide TNFP programming and services in the Service Delivery Area of Cameron, Hidalgo, and Willacy counties.
