Executive Summary
HHSC is seeking Applications to establish one or more Contract(s) to provide Guardianship Services to HHSC State Hospital patients. Guardian Services include filing an application with a court to become a guardian, and once appointed, providing assistance with decision-making and transition services for State Hospital patients in accordance with the specifications contained in this open enrollment. HHSC operates 10 State Hospitals and 1 residential treatment center (RTC) for individuals with mental health needs.
