Executive Summary

The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) on behalf of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and pursuant to its Statewide Youth Services Network (SYSN) program, seeks Applications for a statewide network of Youth programs tailored to promote Positive Youth Development (PYD). The DFPS Prevention and Early Intervention Division partners with community-based programs and agencies across the State to provide a variety of opportunities to promote positive Outcomes for Children, Youth, and Families.
